Ian brings over 20 years of experience in technology and digital transformation from leading institutions including RBS, HSBC, Citi, Barclays Capital, and Cantor Fitzgerald. He served as a UK Government Futurist at the Cabinet Office, advising on emerging technologies and AI solutions, and led government digital transformation initiatives (HMRC, DVLA, GDS), where he helped design and deploy large-scale technology programmes serving millions of users.

Jay brings over 20 years of experience delivering large-scale digital and technology solutions across organisations including Capgemini, HMRC, and the Bank of Ireland. He has served as the Head of Architecture for a major UK Government Digital Delivery Centre and has shaped, led and delivered multi-million-pound programmes serving millions of citizens.
