Ian brings over 20 years of experience in technology and digital transformation from leading institutions including RBS, HSBC, Citi, Barclays Capital, and Cantor Fitzgerald. He served as a UK Government Futurist at the Cabinet Office, advising on emerging technologies and AI solutions, and led government digital transformation initiatives (HMRC, DVLA, GDS), where he helped design and deploy large-scale technology programs serving millions of users.
